Cassoulet results: Wednesday night

Pure yumminess. Make it. It's like baked stew. Very, very, very good.

Too bad I'm a vegetarian, though, because I bet this would be PERFECT with sliced-up Hickory Farms summer sausage. Mmmm... I used to LOVE that stuff.

I made it with Smart Deli veggie "Canadian bacon", which was all right, if a little sulfite-ridden. Oh well, c'est la vie as a vegetarian.
